About me
My artistic practice focuses on ceramic sculpture, greatly influenced by reflections on space: poetic, imagined and lived in the human psyche. I am attracted to natural and organic beauty, marked by its unpredictability, fluidity and indefiniteness. I let myself be guided by intuition in the act of creating, allowing myself the uncertainty of form, and the intimate dialog between sensitive skin in contact with clay and the emotion that emerges from it. I search for the essence of ceramics by integrating processes of transformation with fire, as well as other techniques that evoke its primitiveness. For me, ceramics is a means of experimentation, where my being finds a way to express itself through gesture.
